An order can be cancelled by sending an e-mail to etnashop@etnashop.it within 24 hours from the order confirmation, by writing the confirmation number given once you request the goods and specifying you want to cancel it.
In this case we will cancel the order immediately.
If you have already made a payment, we will immediately refund you through your bank
coordinates.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
On-line purchasing is similar to sale by
correspondence. According to Legislative Decree 22.05.1999
n.185. the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 working days from receipt of the goods by insured registered
letter. In this case, goods must be send back to:

inside its original packing with our fiscal document within 15 working days once the good is delivered. In this case shipping costs will be at your expense. For making this operation we invite you to use our parcel service. As soon as we receive the products, we will refund you within 14 working days. Credit card and delivery fees on your bank coordinates are not
refunded.
